GrillRing-Set 100 PRO

Co-Fire developed larger and heavier GrillRing-Sets specially for the professional cooking and catering.
These sets are offerd in rusty optic, so that it fits immideately fits in the Outdoor Cooking Scene.
With this GrillRing-Set you can easily provide a culinary meal for appx. 80 guests.

The GrillRing-Set 100 PRO consists of:

The GrillRing 100 PRO is made of high quality 10 mm hardened steel. The steel is by heat treatment made stress-free, so the chance of warping is minimized. This makes the surface robust and scratch resistant. The ring ‘floats’ in the bowl, so that excessed fat indirectly drops into the bowl. The distance to the edge of the bowl also allows air supply into the bowl, so that the flames can develop completely. The Grill Ring is adjustable in height if desired. 
The GrillRing 100 PRO BBQ can be ordered with additional grill opening allowing your meat, fish or vegetable to get the classic 'striping' and special high culinary wood flavour. 
The Corten steel fire bowl  of 100 cm and 3 mm thick is the best-quality equipment for fire bowlbecause of ist stability. As the distance between the 100 cm fire bowl and the GrillRing is larger, there is an optimal air circulation and the grass can easily flow into the bowl. Remove the GrillRing with The Porter (otional) and  the bowl can be used optimal as fire bowl.
The Corten steel ring with a diameter of 46 cm and 8 cm high provides the fire bowl with stability.
The Woodstock PRO with its rough look is made from Corten steel 48x48x70cm has a height of 70 cm. Perfect for intens and long outdoor cooking due to the    
The coverplate The Top 110 PRO made from 2mm  Corten steel with a special groove on the underside protects the GrillRing and fire bowl from rain The coverplate also enables as and sparks from flying around. As soon the Top is places on top of the fire bowl the fire will be extinguished and you can leave the fire place safly. With this top you also have a bar table when not in use.

The Dot 100 BBQ PRO with grill slots from 10 mm special steel is placed in the middle of the GrillRing provides extra grilling area and gives meat, fish and vegetables the 'striping' and a special smoke taste.
With the fire resistant Gloves the dot can be removed, even when hot and the Top can be placed back on the fire bowl.
The handy stainless steel Spatula allows easy cleaning of the GrillRing by scraping the surface, but can also be used as cooking tool to cut and move food. The spatula can be placed on the edge of the Grill Ring during cooking.
The stainless steel Oilcan with a height of 15 cm and 500 ml content compleets the Co-Fire Cooking experiance.

Cooking Accessoiries can be orderd seperately:

The Dot 100 PRO of special steel and 10 mm thickness enlarges the cooking surface for paella, soup or sauce pans.
The WokGrill 90/100 is an extra addition to the cooking pleasure on the GrillRing, because you can get creative with the Co-fire Wok or grill skewer. Temporarily with a free Grill Skewer-Set, consisting of 6 free stainless steel skewers of 45 cm. 

With the Flammlachs you are able to provide salmon or other fish of meat in a special way above fire. Elegant glass/stainless steel Co-Fire SauceBottle for vinegar, marinades etc during cooking on the GrillRing.

With this iron cast Woodsplitter you can easily and quick split wood up to 17cm diameter for the perfect fire for your Grillring or fire bowl.
The Porter 90/100 is a special support arm to  lift the heavy GrillRing out of the bowl and to end the evening party with a cosy fire or to transport the GrillRing-Set easily for catering use.  

Transport is due to weight and size only possible by pallet.
