GrillRing-Set 90 PRO+

Co-Fire has developed larger and heavier GrillRing-Sets especially for the professional cooking and catering market. Although the cast iron bowls are more suitable in terms of heat resistance, the mobility and the less fragile are of decisive importance in choosing the Cortenstalen boles for flexible professional use. These complete sets are offered in rusty optic, so they fit perfectly in the oud door cooking scene. 
With this GrillRing-Set you can easily provide a culinary meal for appx. 75 guests.

The GrillRing-Set 90 PRO+ consists of:

• The GrillRing 90 with/without grillslots
• Corten steel fire bowl 90 
• Corten steel Ring

The GrillRing is made of high quality 10 mm hardened steel. The steel is by heat treatment made stress-free, so the chance of warping is minimized. This makes the surface robust and scratch resistant.
The ring ‘floats’ in the bowl, so that excessed fat indirectly drops into the bowl. The distance to the edge of the bowl also allows air supply into the bowl, so that the flames can develop completely. The Grill Ring is adjustable in height if desired. 
This GrillRing can also be order also with grill openings, allowing your meat, fish or vegetable to get the classic 'striping' and special high culinary wood flavour. 
The Corten steel fire bowl 88/90 cm is the best-quality equipment for fire bowls because of the refractory (does not warp) and it is less prone to rust such as steel. The cast iron fire bowl is a top quality product, especially for regular heating. As the distance between the 90 cm fire bowl and the GrillRing is larger, there is an optimal air circulation and the grass can easily flow into the bowl. Remove the GrillRing and you can enjoy the bowl fully as fire bowl.
The Corten steel ring with a diameter of 45 cm and 8 cm high provides the fire bowl not only with stability, but gives also the possibility when de GrillRing is not in de the bowl to cant the fire bowl into the ‘Egg-position’. 
The Column The Woodstock PRO with its rough look is made from Corten steel 48x48x70cm has a height of 70 cm. Perfect for outdoor cooking and you can not only store wood, but also other supplies needed for cooking nearby. The PRO+ version has a handy ashtray and ashslide so that ash can be removed and the Grillring can be used for long-term in catering, parties and events. 
The coverplate the Top 95 made from Corten steel with a special groove on the underside protects the GrillRing and fire bowl from rain and enables as and sparks from flying around. As soon the Top is places on top of the fire bowl the fire will be extinguished and you can leave the fire place safely. With this Top you also have a garden/bar table when not in use.
The Dot BBQ  with special grill surface provide extra cooking surface, placed in the middle of the GrillRing. With the fire resistant Gloves the dot can be removed, even when hot and the Top can be placed back on the fire bowl.
The Spatula is a handy stainless steel spatula that allows you to easily clean the plate by scraping the surface, cut and move food.

 

Cooking accessories can be ordered seperately:

The Dot  provide extra cooking surface, placed in the middle of the GrillRing for also pots and pans. The WokGrill 90 with the stainless steel skewers of 45cm and the Co-fire Wok expand Co-Fire cooking pleasure.
The Flammlachs allows to provide salmon or other fish/meat in a special way above open fire. The stainless steel Oilcan compleets the Co-Fire Cooking experiance.
Elegant glass/stainless steel Co-Fire SauceBottle for vinegar, marinades etc during cooking on the GrillRing.

With this iron cast Woodsplitter you can easily and quick split wood up to 17cm diameter for the perfect fire for your Grillring or fire bowl. The Porter 90 is a special support arm to lift the heavy GrillRing out of the bowl and to end the evening party with a cosy fire or to transport the GrillRing-Set easily for catering use.  

Transport is due to weight and size only possible by pallet.
