The GrillRing is evenly heated by the flames underneath, so that your meat will not burn as in usual ways of grilling. The GrillRing 80 suits into the 80 cm iron cast and corten steel bowl. The ring floats so-called in the bowl, so that excessed fat indirectly drops into the bowl. The distance to the edge of the bowl also allows air supply into the bowl, so that the flames can develop completely.The GrillRing is made of high quality 8 mm hardened steel. The steel is by heat treatment made stress-free, so the chance of warping is minimized. This makes the surface robust and scratch resistant.
